Delete your Manhwave account
Request deletion without signing in, installing the app or creating an account. The form saves a request; it does not immediately delete an account. An operator verifies ownership through your account email and aims to complete the request within 30 days of receipt. Receipt does not confirm account existence or completed deletion. Support explains any lawful extension and sends a separate completion confirmation.
If the form is unavailable, email contact@manhwave.com from your account email with subject Manhwave account deletion request. In Android you can also choose Account > Delete account.
Deletion and limited retention
Deletion removes account access, sessions and codes, profile, installation links, feedback, personal telemetry, personal translation content and linked cache or translation-memory contributions. Shared entries incorporating those contributions are invalidated. Deletion affects all Manhwave clients and removes unused credits. Remove saved local chapters in Library or Android app storage settings. Ask support to stop website subscription renewals; deletion itself does not issue a refund. Anonymous-account users can contact support to verify ownership. Never send passwords, session tokens or card details.
Minimal financial and credit-ledger records remain with restricted access for 5 years from the end of the relevant accounting year. Account IDs, email, translation text, attribution and credentials are removed; necessary transaction references, dates and amounts remain. This is pseudonymisation, not an absolute guarantee of irreversibility. An existing installation hash and a restricted hashed deletion log remain for up to 365 days to prevent trial abuse and reapply deletion after restore. Backups expire on the documented hosting schedule and cannot reopen deleted accounts before deletion is reapplied.
